The Role

This is a great opportunity to ensure that data is being used effectively within the company. Thus, creating actionable insights through analysing behavioural data.

Key day-to-day tasks include:

  • CRM analytics and reporting including campaign level to evaluation/tracking their customer database
  • Data Cleaning
  • Support the Group Marketing Director and Head of Insights and Analysis
  • Competitor monitoring & reporting

The Candidate

Attributes of the suitable candidate include:

  • Advanced skills using Excel
  • More than 1 years’ experience in an analytics role
  • Strong numerate & analytical skills
  • Use of Tableau in previous roles are a bonus
