This agency currently works with a range of high-profile blue-chip clients including M&S, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, Monsoon and Virgin Atlantic to name a few, helping them answer strategic ad-hoc problems in the areas of brand development, segmentation, channel /category strategy and customer experience for example.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work closely with the Insight Director to develop a roadmap for the agency’s qual offering. For example, you will get to:
1) Come up with ideas on how to apply qual to, and therefore help to innovate, the agency’s proprietary research framework
2) Develop the agency’s repository of qual pre-tasks and tasks for in-store and group research
3) Coach and develop team members to raise standards of qual moderation, whilst training them so that they are well versed in the latest qual tools/suppliers
