We are working with an award-winning agency who are looking to hire a Qualitative Research Director for their fast-growing team.
Now over 100 people, this agency currently works with a range of high-profile blue-chip clients including M&S, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, Monsoon and Virgin Atlantic to name a few, helping them answer strategic ad-hoc market research problems in the areas of brand development, segmentation, channel /category strategy and customer experience for example.
The Opportunity: Qualitative Research Director
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a Senior Director to develop a roadmap for the agency’s qualitative research offering. For example, you will get to:
1) Come up with ideas on how to apply qualitative research to, and therefore help to innovate, the agency’s proprietary market research framework
2) Develop the agency’s repository of qualitative research pre-tasks and tasks for in-store and focus group research
3) Coach and develop team members to raise standards of qualitative moderation, whilst training them so that they are well versed in the latest qualitative tools/suppliers
