The Role

As a Research Manager you will:

  • Be the key day-to-day contact for global automotive account
  • Work as part of the Regional Servicing Team to ensure multi-country tracking and pre-testing program delivers against overall client expectation/needs
  • Work with the support of the Regional Account Lead on insight generation and deliver clear conclusions and recommendation/direction to client team(s) based on findings from program data
  • Work from a home office and on-site at client

The Candidate

A suitable candidate will possess:

  • 6+ years of experience with a proven track record of successful account management within a market research agency environment
  • Experience in the Ad & Brand sector
  • A history in brand/advertising tracking and creative development research
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including confident and persuasive approach to meetings/presentations
  • High level of attention to detail
