We are working with a Boutique Brand Consultancy who are looking for an Strategy Director to join their team.

    • They work on projects across brand strategy, product, service and business process innovation, portfolio development, as well as brand due diligence for private equity clients.
    • Based in leafy Berkshire, only 30 mins from Paddington and 55 mins from Waterloo, they offer a fully hybrid and flexible way of working.
  • The Opportunity

    The role will span consumer insight, brand strategy, brand architecture, innovation and strategic communications – from nuanced insight across multiple markets such as Europe, Japan, the Philippines and the US – through to white space innovation.

    It is covering brand strategy, portfolio, brand story, development, creation, brand identity, brand architecture and innovation consultancy. It will require you to have senior client conversations, understand strategic visions and values and be a creative thinker. You’ll be required to win, run and lead brand programmes. You’ll be instrumental in landing new opportunities and solving big business issues.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 5-10 years’ experience working in consumer branding.
    • Experienced in working across international markets.
    • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, be a team player and run co-creation, depth interviews and online communities.
    • You must be a creative thinker and natural storyteller.
