- The insight team plays a key role in influencing commercial decision-making across Airlines, Retail and Property.

The Role
- Reporting directly into The Head of Insight, this is a great opportunity to help develop and implement a rolling 12/18 month commercial research and insight plan to effectively inform commercial decision making based on customer, competitor and operational insights.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and integration of both quantitative and qualitative research, which improves customer experience and enables the future sustainable growth of the business.

The Candidate
The ideal Research and Insight Manager will have:
- 4+ year’s experience in both quant and qual research and insights projects.
- Ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Ability to translate complex numerical data into understandable formats or insights.
- Great organisation and time management skills.
