We are working with a scale-up digital bank who are hiring a Junior Market Researcher to join their team.
  • The Company

    • Founded in 2016, they are a new kind of digital bank, creating targeted, innovative products to help customer segments that are underserved by the market.
    • They have had over $13m of investment to date.
    • They come from a diverse range of backgrounds and they challenge every aspect of how financial services operate today, so that they can build unique and dynamic products.
  • The Role

    You will be carrying out customer and user research to create insights that directly shape business decisions. There will be an element of both qualitative and quantitative research across a range of methodologies to help create an informed customer view. This will include helping define research objectives, create and script surveys, analyse data and sharing insights.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 1-2 years in qualitative market research. Experience with quantitative research as well is a positive.
    • A customer-centric view and enthusiasm towards research.
    • Ability to facilitate and conduct user research.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
