We are currently working with a creative insight and strategy agency that specialises in brand purpose, cultural strategy & social impact projects. They have exciting openings for a Research Director and Associate Director to join their growing team!
  • The Client

    • They work with a variety of NGOs, Charities, Media, and Tech companies, helping them to answer challenging questions about culture, behaviour and society.
    • Recent clients have included Apple, Save The Children, Instagram, Human Dignity Trust and Movember.
    • They utilise a mixture of innovative methods, cultural analysis, and traditional qualitative techniques, delivering strategic output in the form of videos, podcasts, and white papers.
  • The Opportunity

    You will get to utilise a mixture of innovative methods, cultural analysis, and traditional qualitative techniques, delivering strategic output that informs challenging questions about culture, behaviour, and society. For example, this could include mental health, youth culture, wellbeing, or the impact of covid-19.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Moved around worlds of media, research, marketing and creativity and has learned to think holistically and laterally as a result.
    • Comfort as a hands-on practitioner, flexibility to wear many hats on every project, the desire to muck in and passion to collaborate.
    • A hunger for understanding culture, social change, human stories and bold ideas.
    • An urge to do something more substantial and create work that has a real impact on the world.
