The Role
From day one you will be responsible for the management of ad-hoc research projects – from tactical briefs to larger customer experience questions. Using your experience in market research, you will conduct research in-house, commission out research to agencies and present your findings to senior stakeholders within the business. The insight team help shape business decisions, customer agenda, commercial insight and business partnering internally and externally.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- A couple of years experience in market research.
- Strong both qual and analytical skills.
- Creative problem solving skills and ability to deliver meaningful insight.
- Ability to work on various projects with different agencies.
