Insight Manager – 12 month FTC – Global Diamond Company.

We are working with a global diamond company that is hiring an Insight Manager to join their London team. The role is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with a high potential to become permanent.

    With a new CEO at the helm, they are about to embark on a significant phase of growth, so it’s an exciting and pivotal time to join the business and contribute to their journey.

  • The Opportunity

    Reporting into the Global Head of Insight, This is a great opportunity to take ownership of brand equity across 7 key markets, whilst being the main point of contact for all commissioned ad-hoc research.

    You will help build the vision, strategy and roadmap for global consumer engagement across all touchpoints, including the development of a brand-new global campaign (pre & post-testing), brand positioning, product development and optimisation, and UX testing for e-commerce channels.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal Insight Manager will have:

    • At least 5 years’ experience in international research and brand planning.
    • Experience using multiple data sources – e.g. brand equity, retail sentiment, social listening, qual/quant, semiotics – to influence business decision-making.
    • Ability to build relationships with and deliver findings up to senior management level.
    • Comfort with quantitative research project set-up and delivery, including sampling and charting.
