We are working with an Animal Welfare Charity who are looking for a Research and Insight Manager to join their London team.
  • The Company:

    • They are a leading animal welfare charity with a core mission to care for animals and help find them a loving home.
    • You will get to work onsite and in close contact with the animals you are helping, to see the impact firsthand.
    • Internal insights and impact is a growing part of the charity so you will directly be shaping business decisions.
  • The Role:

    You will oversee and manage high-quality research that will help shape the brand, advertising and marketing campaigns, communications, and fundraising initiatives. This will include research with online communities, brand and campaign tracker, working with internal and external stakeholders and ad-hoc qual and quant research.

  • The Candidate:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Experience in  market research, with a preference for social research.
    • Experienced with quant research including brand/campaign trackers and ad-hoc work.
    • Additional experience with qual research would be a positive.
    • Consultative skills and able to inspire change and influence decision-making.
