    • Have successfully launched in the US, France, Spain, Italy, India and Australia working with artists such as Sam Smith, Bicep and Kanye West.
  • The Opportunity

    You will take ownership of all primary research (both quantitative and qualitative) to generate insights from fans on how to improve their experience of going to shows. You’ll be working closely with the rest of the Fan Experience and Product team to shape and drive insights to help bring more live events to fans around the world.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal Research Lead will have:

    • A strong understanding of the pros and cons of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
    • Experience of managing large-scale research projects from conceptualisation to execution.
    • 4+ years experience of user research on B2C products.
