Senior Insight Manager | Arts Charity.

We are working with an Arts Charity who are looking to hire a Senior Insight Manager to join their newly formed Audience Insights Team in London.
  • The Company

    • They were set up 80 years ago with a mission to democractise art forms. They want to make them more accessible within society and understand how they can use opera for societal good.
    • This mission links directly to the research and insight, which will seek to understand the audiences and how to attract audiences that wouldn’t ordinarily engage in the arts.

  • The Role

    You will be joining the newly formed Audience Insights Team and be instrumental in building the Insight function from scratch. You will lead and be hands-on for both qual and quant projects to advise teams across the charity. The projects are varied and will be vital in informing business strategy, artistic decisions, brand, visitor experience, learning and participation work and membership schemes. 

  • The Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 5+ years’ experience in conducting primary market research.
    • Experience in delivering workshops, focus groups, online communites and scripting surveys.
    • Strong presentation skills and able to offer clarity to different stakeholders within the company. 
    • Ability to provide advanced analysis and experience with data visualisation tools is also desirable.
