The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience & Engagement, you will develop the best-in-class campaign and media efficiency. Planning and prioritising campaigns and communications working collaboratively with various business functions to best drive business outcomes. Whilst building strong working relationships with external agencies + key stakeholders within the company (commercial, insights, CV, and brand teams).

The Candidate
Key attributes of the suitable CRM Expert include:
- 2+ years experience working in a CRM focused role
- Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders + external agencies
- Experience of working in an insights-driven role
