The Opportunity
Reporting to the Brand & Consumer Strategy Director, you will be a key point of contact for insights within the business. Working cross-functionally and across varied industries, you will be responsible for leading insight programmes designed to monitor brand equity and reputation, develop audience understanding and positioning, influence corporate development and investment deals, as well as improve internal culture, for example.

The Candidate
The ideal Senior Insight Manager will have:
- Extensive market research/insight experience, either at an agency or ‘in-house’
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders up to board level
- Comfort being the go-to expert for insights, advising on approach and methodology
- Experience as a quantitative research practitioner, with qualitative experience desirable
- Experience in managing direct reports
