Senior Account Director / Tech-Driven Global Research Agency.

We are working with a global tech-driven research agency, that has an exciting new opening for a Senior Account Director to join their US team in either Chicago or Cincinnati.

  • The Opportunity

    Reporting directly to the Commercial Director for Europe, this is a great opportunity to be client-facing. You will get to lead a portfolio of strategic clients, fostering great relationships, whilst helping to develop new clients. Additionally, you will be expected to motivate teams to create compelling strategic stories, establish thought leadership, and help clients stay ahead of their competition.

  • The Candidate

    • 7 years of client management experience, growing key accounts across Europe, most likely in FMCG.
    • A track record of converting clients to new ways of thinking, to help them break away from their status quo.
    • A strong understanding of the world of consumer insight, market research and marketing strategy, having sold to market research and insight professionals.
    • Ability to identify how to identify unmet needs, trial drivers and barriers, innovation territories and how to build compelling concepts, recognising how to make them more consumer-centric.
    • The personality to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, ambiguous environment that comes with a high-growth company.
