The Opportunity
As part of the Insights Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients are deriving maximum value from their subscription to my client’s products. This role is responsible for the servicing of a portfolio of Consumer and Professional manufacturer clients across EMEA. You will support clients with the delivery of performance-enhancing insights, leveraging their subscribed solutions and ad-hoc requests. The Candidate
The ideal Insight Manager will have:

eCommerce experience in the CPG or retail sectors (ideally 18 months+)

Experience in category management, shopper marketing or trade marketing with renown e-retailers – FMCG highly desirable

Excel is a must and any other analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) are desirable
