The Opportunity
- Deliver a programme of research and analysis that will provide evidence for the policy debate and thought leadership programme on the case for investment in management and leadership skills.
- Develop research projects, identify and source data, undertake data collection and provide insights on this data to colleagues in External affairs.
- You will be working on a variety of projects from the impact of apprenticeships, to diversity and inclusion and net-zero initiatives.

The Candidate
The ideal Research Manager will have:
- Experience in undertaking data analysis and telling stories with qualitative and quantitative data.
- Experience in delivering research/analysis projects in partnership with other organisations.
- Experience in working on projects from end to end on either the agency or client side.
