    • Work with a variety of clients, including governmental agencies, regulators, charities, NGOs and the private sector.
    • Conduct research that has a social impact through an ethnographic lens.

  • The Opportunity

    • Leading a small quantitative team and working closely with qualitative researchers, filmmakers, strategists and designers across the business.
    • Design and oversee both quantitative and mixed-method (qual/quant) projects from start to finish.
    • Assisting with business development – writing proposals, attending pitches and working with the senior management team to develop my client’s quant offering.
    • Projects include creating an index to measure the digital wellbeing of young people and measuring the effects of abuse and harassment reported by UK journalists.
  • The Candidate

    The ideal Associate Director / Research Director will have:

    • 3-4 years’ experience in managing large-scale quant projects from start to finish
    • A strong interest in social impact and social challenges
    • Some BD experience would be preferable.
