Senior Consultant | Online Communities Research Agency.

We are working with a boutique, remote-first market research agency who are looking to hire a Senior Consultant (Research Manager) to lead online community research for some of the world’s biggest brands. This is a newly created role and can be worked from anywhere in Europe.
  • The Company

    • A boutique, remote first agency specialising in communities research, with long-standing client relationships including, Amazon, and Anglian Water.
    • They run global projects directly with brands including product and service innovation, UX, CX, strategic brand positioning and ad evaluation studies.
    • They also work with research agencies who use their platform to gain access to a community of 100,000 consumers across 92 different countries.
  • The Opportunity

    As a Senior Consultant you fully manage client projects and help companies listen to and collaborate with their customers to improve products and services. You know their customers inside out, synthesizing quant and qual insights and providing actionable recommendations from a range of projects, recent examples include:

    • Surveying parents/kids to select the best animal voices for Amazon Alexa.
    • Co-creating, testing concepts and UX design features for additional concierge-like services for
    • Exploring full CX and attitudes to food delivery services including expectations, unboxing, product usage, ideation of new menus and services for Hello Fresh.
  • The Candidate

    • 2+ years of experience in market research, ideally with exposure to online communities.
    • Proven ability to design and lead global projects concurrently to a high standard, with demonstrable impact on client outcomes.
    • Openness to a remote-first culture where team members interact and collaborate over Microsoft Teams.
