The Opportunity
- You will lead a team of researchers and analysts to deliver insight and policy evaluation that will have a direct impact on policy practice.
- Overseeing quantitative, statistical and qualitative projects from start to finish in-house and commissioning out research to external agencies.
- Answering questions such as: how impactful is careers advice? What do effective career interventions for the disadvantaged look like? And what are the trends in career education?
- Dealing with senior stakeholders, from think tanks to employers, commissions and senior decision makers.

The Candidate
The ideal Head of Impact will have:
- Experience in managing research teams to deliver high-quality output
- Experience of quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Excellent knowledge of the English education system. Ideally with a strong understanding of career guidance and employer engagement.
- A track record in engaging and enlisting the support of stakeholders
