We are working on a fantastic opportunity with a global agency looking to hire a Cultural Insight Director to join their London team on a 12-month mat cover contract.

    • Deliver award-winning creative campaigns and strategies based on cultural and social insights

  • The Opportunity

    You will get to use your proven skills in global audience research and cultural trends, working closely with Strategy, Editorial and Creative teams to produce ongoing publishing strategies and large-scale, social-first campaigns. Additionality, you will be responsible for ensuring that Cultural Insights is growing and innovating, delivering against ambitious targets.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal Head of Cultural Insight will have:

    • 8+ years of experience in qualitative research, trends, futures, cultural and/or human insight
    • Proven ability to design and lead global projects to a high standard, with demonstrable impact on client outcomes
    • Proven experience of running global work streams with multiple stakeholders
    • Experience leading small to medium-sized teams of researchers
    • Familiarity with social media and/or digital behaviour
