Associate Director – Strategic Communications Agency.

    • A boutique strategic communications and campaigns agency.
    • Renowned for its audience-centred strategic work for NGOs, not-for-profits, and charities. 
    • Working with other 200 organisations including Mind, Shelter and DrinkAware.
    • A four and a half day week, with every Friday afternoon off!
  • The Opportunity

    • You will lead the quantitative insight function, and potentially grow the role to take on qualitative work too.
    • Line managing a Senior Executive and a network of freelancers.
    • You will run and grow three brand trackers, as well as delivering audience-centred strategic pieces for clients including segmentations and campaign evaluations.
  • The Candidate

    The ideal Associate Director will have:

    • Significant experience in a quantitative research agency role, including identifying actionable insights from quantitative research data
    • Significant experience managing or working on trackers
    • Experience and interest in social research and social impact
    • Experience in line managing
