Our client is a new consultancy founded by senior leaders from some of the world’s most respected brand, innovation and design agencies. They work at the intersection of strategy, insight, and execution — helping investors, founders and brand owners to invent, acquire, or reinvent brands for long-term growth.

Their clients include major consumer brands, private equity firms, and early-stage challengers. They’re sector-agnostic and creatively curious — think: brand repositioning, architecture design, innovation pipelines, and post-acquisition rollouts.

As a Senior Strategist, you’ll:

• Lead strategy projects from proposition development to creative activation

• Build positioning and brand architecture that leads to real-world design systems

• Create compelling narratives and guidelines across multiple brand touchpoints

• Run workshops, contribute to IP, and mentor junior strategists

• Bring fresh energy and ideas to a fast-moving founding team

• 5+ years in brand strategy, ideally in a top-tier consultancy or brand-led agency

• Strong in proposition development, architecture, identity and narrative building

• Confident working across consumer sectors (FMCG, travel, leisure, etc.)

• Experienced in turning insight into strategy — and strategy into activation

• Natural storyteller, commercially sharp, creatively curious

• Up for building something new (not just joining a team — helping build the team)
