What You’ll Do

Lead the behavioural strategy for large, complex client programmes

Support commercial growth through farming and pitch support

What You’ll Bring

5–8 years’ experience applying behavioural science in consultancy or in-house
-
Strong understanding of behavioural frameworks, psychology and decision-making
-
Experience leading behavioural teams or cross-functional delivery teams
-
Strong consulting skills: structured problem solving, narrative development, stakeholder influence
-
Experience architecting behavioural programmes with measurable outcomes
-
Confident communicating behavioural insights to senior leaders
