The Opportunity
You’ll lead the customer data sharing programme with external brand partners, acting as the go-to insight expert.

Own and deliver regular insight reporting to brands

Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable stories

Partner closely with CRM and Category teams to influence retention and growth strategies

Present insights confidently to senior internal stakeholders and external partners

Continuously improve reporting, dashboards and analytical approaches using SQL, Excel and data visualisation tools
Your work will be seen, discussed and acted upon – from CRM teams right through to board level.

The Ideal Candidate
- You’re an experienced customer insight analyst (3+ years) from retail, FMCG or agency-side,
- You have strong SQL skills and confidence handling large, complex datasets.
- You enjoy presenting, influencing and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience with loyalty, CRM platforms and tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau is a bonus. 💡
