Joining the EMEA Customer Insights team in London, you will own ecommerce customer insight and play a key role in shaping data-led decisions across all direct-to-consumer channels. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, partnering closely with ecommerce, marketing and media teams to turn data into direction.

• Leading ecommerce customer analysis and insight storytelling
• Using SQL, and multiple data sources to build a clear view of customer performance across DTC
• Acting as the go-to expert for ecommerce customer analytics
• Delivering automated and ad-hoc reporting across ecommerce, retail and outlet
• Translating complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders

• 1-3 years experience in Customer Insight
• Strong experience in customer insights within marketing or CRM environments
• Confident SQL capability and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau
• Experience with DTC or e-commerce channel reporting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Background in luxury, retail or consumer goods
• Clear communicator with the ability to influence through insight
