The Role
As a CRM Manager, you will work in a cross-functional squad responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Retention and Upgrades programme. This role will support and manage the delivery and execution of best-in-class multi-channel communications (digital and direct) to drive incremental upgrades, and revenue, increase NPS and reduce churn.
You will develop the campaign, creativity, and media efficiency through continual optimisation, rooted in data insights and evaluations. Whilst being customer-centric and commercially focused.

The Candidate
Key attributes of the suitable CRM Manager include:
- Minimum 1 year of CRM experience working within analytics and data teams
- Knowledge of CRM best practices, e.g., targeting, channel selection
- Results-focused with previous CRM experience optimizing towards conversion KPIs
