Customer Insight Manager | Leading UK Fashion Retailer | Up to £60k

We are working with a market-leading fashion retailer that has a new opening for a Customer Insight Manager to join their team in London.

Who they are?

They are one of the UK’s most recognised fashion brands that have been bringing the latest fashion to the high-street since 1969. My client is now a global, multichannel brand delivering stylish products for women, men and teenagers at affordable prices. They are now looking for two Customer Insight Managers to join the team!

What you’ll do?

You will play a key role in generating strategic insights to support business decision-making right across the organisation! Within the Consumer and Market Insight team, you will be responsible for the continuous Customer Satisfaction program, as well as working on ad-hoc customer experience projects from end to end. You will also be responsible for managing and communicating with senior stakeholders of the business!

Who you are?

The ideal Customer Insight Manager will have:

  • Experience in CX or CSAT research
  • Strong research skills – from the questionnaire and sample design to statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Be comfortable handling, analysing and interpreting large numeric data sets, and looking for the story hidden within them.
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
