Customer Experience Insight Manager | Financial Services Company | 6 Month FTC.

We are currently working with a leading Savings & Investment company who are looking for a Research Manager to join immediately on a 6 month FTC. The role of Customer Experience Insight Manager is based in Reading but can be predominantly remote.
  • The Company

    A global investment PLC undergoing a significant digital transformation that is a fundamental shift in how they deliver their services today. Looking to upgrade their end-to-end service for new and existing customers with a focus on using Customer Experience research and insights to inform business strategy.

  • The Role

    The focus of this role is to lead Quantitative research through tracking Voice of the Customer surveys (VOC), programming questionnaires and managing big research projects that feeds into Customer Experience Strategy and Customer Journey Strategy.

    • Designing questionnaires and programming them into the VOC system
    • Managing research projects
    • Working with the Customer Insight Manager to ensure the programme delivers to agreed scope and design
  • The Candidate

    Key attributes of the suitable Research Manager include:

    • Experience building and project managing large scale tracking surveys
    • Ability to liaise with stakeholders
    • Quant / statistics backgroundt
