Insight Analytics Manager | Top 10 Largest Retailer.

We are working with a Top 10 global retailer who are looking for an Insight Analytics Manager to join their expanding insights team. This role will play a pivotal part in helping the organisation understand their most high value customers whilst producing actionable customer insights and engaging with senior business stakeholders.

  • The Role

    Sitting within the insights team, you will use your expertise in Analytics to develop insight about the organisations most high value customers, competitors, and the market. You will commercialise insights and liaise with stakeholders across the board, turning data into compelling stories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Building the segmentations, scores, and growth models to increase the number of and contribution from high value customers.
    • Use expertise to produce accurate and actionable insight
    • Lead projects from beginning to end – engaging with senior business stakeholders to understand requirements, writing briefs, scoping out requirements, performing analysis and packaging up in a presentable story
