We are working with an Global luxury fashion brand who are looking to hire a Senior Customer Insights Analyst in London.

The Role
The role will be to support the Customer Insights team in the execution of quantitative and qualitative customer analysis on all EU direct to consumer channels (Retail, E-commerce and Outlets).
- Support in automating and running the customer reports on a recurring basis for Retail, E-commerce and Outlets to support Senior Leadership decisions
- Execute customer performance deep-dive analysis to address key Business questions and challenges
- Reporting on the new advanced AI CRM program results (Email targeting)

The Candidate
- Educated to degree level in a numerate subject
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in manipulating data through advanced quantitative methods: data models, statistics
- Able to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Previously managed a junior team member

Software Experience
- Fully fluent in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in SQL and Tableau tool a plus
