The role will be to support the Customer Insights team in the execution of quantitative and qualitative customer analysis on all EU direct to consumer channels (Retail, E-commerce and Outlets).

• Support in automating and running the customer reports on a recurring basis for Retail, E-commerce and Outlets to support Senior Leadership decisions
• Execute customer performance deep-dive analysis to address key Business questions and challenges
• Reporting on the new advanced AI CRM program results (Email targeting)

• Educated to degree level in a numerate subject
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in manipulating data through advanced quantitative methods: data models, statistics
• Able to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Previously managed a junior team member

• Fully fluent in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience in SQL and Tableau tool a plus
