Qualitative Research Manager | Client-side | UI and UX | German Speaker

We are currently working on a fantastic client-side opportunity with a global online trading provider who are looking for a Qualitative Researcher to join their London or Frankfurt office (must be native or fully fluent German speaking).

Founded in 1974, they are one of the world’s leading online trading providers with offices in 16 countries and over 195,000 clients worldwide, ranging from retail traders to SME organisations.

The Role

The main purpose of this role is to help layout the competitive landscape for different product offerings across Germany. You will carry out qualitative research projects to assess the organisations market position and look at how customers interact with products, and why they make certain decisions.

Responsibilities include…

  • End to end management and delivery of qual research projects
  • Presenting findings to CEO and senior teams
  • Building a network across the business to understand priorities, performance, and trends

The Candidate

Key attributes of the suitable candidate include:

  • Experienced running qual / UX research projects
  • Ability to present to senior staff
  • Ability to independently research a market, sector, or business specialism
