We are currently working with an innovative market research agency who works with the biggest names in the FMCG industry. They are growing fast and so have openings for a Research Manager and a Senior Research Manager to join their team in London or Oxfordshire!

They are an innovative research agency that provides research on behalf of the most exciting FMCG clients in the market. From Mondelez to Diageo to Mars, they are an established agency that provide cutting edge, bespoke insights to their clients. They have just had two of their most successful years to date and so are now looking for a Research Manager and Senior Research Manager to join the team.

Lead bespoke research projects from end-to-end

You will become an integral part of the research function, leading bespoke research projects from end-to-end, from writing proposals to presenting back to clients. Using your strong grounding in quantitative research methods, you will provide innovative insights for clients. You will tackle a variety of research questions, from concept testing to product and packaging projects, to sensory research. This is a great opportunity for any quantitative leaning researcher who is keen to work on innovative FMCG projects and wants to form creative stories and insights!

Who you are?

 The ideal Research Manager / Senior Research Manager will have:

  • Previous experience within an ad-hoc agency environment
  • Experience of working on research projects from end-to-end, with involvement in report writing
  • Excellent experience of quantitative methods (including questionnaire design) is essential, any exposure to qualitative research methods is a bonus
  • Experience within the FMCG sector would be beneficial
