Senior Insight Manager – Global Fashion Retailer.

We are working with a global fashion retailer that has a new, exciting opening for a Senior Insight Manager to join their brand-new insight team.

    • They produce apparel, home and lifestyle products in the mid-range and luxury sectors
    • They’ve recently restructured, creating a brand-new insights team to drive consumer-centricity
    • Have an exciting project pipeline for 2022 spanning consumer, shopper, and brand insight
  • The Opportunity

    You will help shape the strategy for a brand-new insights team, driving consumer-centricity within the organisation by provoking challenge amongst senior stakeholders and in doing so, influencing global strategies and marketing plans.

    Specifically, you will own (and become the expert of) a multi-country brand tracking study, building a strong knowledge of the trends and regional nuances. Additionally, you will get to work on new ad-hoc (qualitative and quantitative) cross-category projects that drive action within the business.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal Senior Insight Manager will have:

    • Outstanding technical research skills, including questionnaire design, sampling, and reporting
    • Expertise in quantitative studies and specifically, brand tracking
    • Strong ability to turn complex data into clear insights with business-led recommendations
    • Comfort presenting to senior leadership teams
    • Ideally, an experience/interest in the fashion, retail and luxury industries
