Director – Boutique Brand & Innovation Consultancy.

  • £100,000 + profit share
We are working with a boutique brand strategy & innovation consultancy that is hiring for a Director to join their team in London due to an acceleration in growth.
  • Who are they?

    • A growing, boutique consultancy working with clients like Unilever, PepsiCo, Innocent, M&S, North Face, and Samsung.
    • A senior team, working directly with clients at the C-suite level, to solve brand & innovation challenges
    • Currently turning down engagements because they don’t have the resources to take on additional work
    • Independently owned, they give all employees access to a profit share mechanism (minimum payment was £20k last year)
  • What you’ll do?

    You will get to work collaboratively alongside some of the heaviest hitters in the industry. Taking ownership of projects from proposal to debrief, you will work directly with clients at C-suite level at some of the biggest brands in the world. You will help solve complex brand and innovation marketing challenges, to unlock growth for clients.

    Depending on your background (they are looking for Directors either from a brand/innovation consultancy background, or from a strategic quant background), you will work across varied challenges. These could include brand architecture, innovation, portfolio strategy, segmentation and/or market sizing work.


  • What do they need?

    The ideal Director will have:

    • At least 8 years’ experience solving brand, innovation or strategic quant challenges either on the agency or brand-side.
    • Impeccable standards, with a strive to deliver the highest quality consultancy work.
    • A growth mindset, with the ambition to join a driven and hungry-to-grow business culture.
    • A keenness to roll their sleeves up and be hands-on with project delivery (no ‘princesses’).
    • Ability to thrive in a business with a ‘grown up’ approach to flexibility, e.g. working hours, location
