We are currently searching for a Customer Strategy & Insight Lead for a global media company based in central London.

    One of Europe’s leading media & entertainment companies, serving over 23 million customers with a portfolio of products and services across TV, mobile, broadband and content.

  • The Opportunity

    This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team where customer strategy sits at the commercial heart of the business. You will have a lot of visibility as the team has a ‘seat at the table’ at monthly leadership meetings.

    In this newly created role, you will look to tackle big business questions – e.g., “where is the next phase of growth for mobile?” – which require macro-level thinking and a structured approach to finding data within the business, which can form an action-focused strategy.

  • The Candidate

    The ideal Customer Strategy & Insight Lead will have:

    • Experience in working on business-focused projects/programmes in either consulting or large blue-chip and complex matrix organisations.
    • Experience leading in the development of strategy, proposition and commercials.
    • A proven track record of having established successful business relationships with stakeholders at the Head of and Director level.
    • Ability to process complex issues, problem solve and articulate commercial strategy with highly aware stakeholders credibly.
    • Great collaboration skills, a strong team player with the ability to lead projects across multiple departments and levels
