Insight Director – Global Fashion Retailer.

We are working with a global fashion retailer that has a new, exciting opening for an Insight Director to join their brand-new insight team.

    • They produce apparel, home and lifestyle products in the mid-range and luxury sectors
    • They’ve recently restructured, creating a brand-new insights team to drive consumer-centricity
    • Have an exciting project pipeline for 2022 spanning consumer, shopper, and brand insight
  • The Role

    You will help shape the strategy for a brand-new insights team, driving consumer-centricity within the organisation by provoking challenge amongst senior stakeholders and in doing so, influencing global strategies and marketing plans.

    Reporting into the Global Head of CMI and managing an Analyst, you will lead the global research and insights for high growth categories, including handbags, footwear and home, becoming the consumer and shopper expert for these categories.

  • The Candidate

    • A proven track record in a client-side insight function, ideally in a retail or luxury business.
    • Excellent experience across ad-hoc consumer and shopper studies (both quant and qual).
    • Flair for turning complex and multiple sets of data into clear, business-led recommendations.
    • Proven leadership experience and evidence of driving business change and growth.
    • Ability to influence senior management from a variety of different backgrounds, cultures and perspectives.
