We are working with a leading, global agency based in central London, that is hiring for a Consultancy Partner – Transformation, due to impressive and sustained growth.

  • The Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to exercise a blend of creative thinking, strategic depth and analytical rigour. Working in a flat hierarchy, you will get the chance to make big contributions as a growth advisor to business leaders across a range of well-known global brands.

    You will work across varied projects including business design, marketing transformation or human capital optimisation. This will include researching and framing solutions and working with clients to design the future-fit Target Operating Models. You will conduct the necessary governance, cultural change management, and/or employee experience, as well as develop incremental roadmaps to help them achieve it.

  • Who do they want?

    The ideal Consulting Partner, Transformation will have:

    • 10+ years of strategy consulting experience with a leading firm, specialising in Digital / Marketing Transformation, Go-To-Market Strategy, Organisation Design, Human Capital Optimisation and/or Change Management
    • Experience leading multiple, large scale project engagements and client relationships
    • Ownership of revenue targets and project P&L, sourcing opportunities from current clients, including leading strategic new business pitches and initiatives
    • Experience guiding junior team members as well as being hands-on with e.g. key stakeholder interviews and moderating workshops
    • The disposition to challenge conventional views, develop strategic recommendations which have impact and present ideas persuasively to gain buy-in
