We're working with a global market-leading fashion company based in London. They are hiring for a Customer Analytics Manager to join their rapidly growing team through organic growth!

They are now looking for a Customer Insight/Analytics Manager to join the team!

  • What you’ll do?

    You’ll help deliver compelling insights that help shape decisions and ensure the business always has an up-to-date understanding of their customer. Supporting the brand and marketing teams with insightful customer mindset, creative testing, and marketing effectiveness evaluation. Whilst closely managing the relationships of agency partners.

  • Key attributes of the suitable Customer Analytics Manager include:

    • Background in marketing sciences, customer insight, or data analytics
    • Being able to combine insight from varying data sources in a cohesive way, the ability to present data in a compelling way, and confident presentation skills.
    • Solid experience in running analysis such as correspondence mapping, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and cluster analysis.
