What you’ll do?
You’ll help deliver compelling insights that help shape decisions and ensure the business always has an up-to-date understanding of their customer. Supporting the brand and marketing teams with insightful customer mindset, creative testing, and marketing effectiveness evaluation. Whilst closely managing the relationships of agency partners.

Key attributes of the suitable Customer Analytics Manager include:
- Background in marketing sciences, customer insight, or data analytics
- Being able to combine insight from varying data sources in a cohesive way, the ability to present data in a compelling way, and confident presentation skills.
- Solid experience in running analysis such as correspondence mapping, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and cluster analysis.
