We are working on a fantastic opportunity with a global motorsports company. They are hiring for a brand-new Senior CRM Manager position to head up their CRM function.

  • The Role

    You will be responsible for the development and continuous refinement of the company’s fan database. Being the key point of contact for developing consumer growth and engagement strategies that help the sport build its fan database across key global markets.

    You will have a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant consumer communications with a vision of growing fan loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.

  • The Candidate:

    Key attributes of the suitable Senior CRM Manager include:

    • 4+ years experience working in a marketing role
    • Experience in basic set-ups and development of corporate-level CRM programs and campaigns
    • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders/be able to work cross-functionally with different teams
