The role:

Senior Insight Manager for customer research.


-To manage the customer research

-To manage and build a relationship with research agencies, to gather insight to understand market size / share

-To manage focus groups

-To manage brand tracking / brand health

-To manage NPD

This role will be mostly customer market research focused but projects will vary and competitor and market intelligence work will also be involved. They are looking for someone who is happy to work in a collaborative team,  and be flexible and willing to turn their hand to all the business requests that arise within the Market Insight team.
