As the European Digital Insights Senior Manager you will set the vision and agenda for Social Insights across Europe.  You will create a European wide social insight vision, strategy and roadmap. You will also lead the Customer Experience (CX) programme across the company’s digital domains.

Experience require:

-7 years minimum experience from agency or clientside background

– social media listening experience a MUST – ideally experience with Crimson hexagon / Brandwatch

-experience with running CX programmes using Qualtrics a “nice to have”

-senior stakeholder engagement experience a must

-2 weeks per month travel within Europe

This role is being considered as a permanent OR day rate contract role.
