Potentially very exciting opportunity for a senior researcher to take a leading role in our clients expansion into the FMCG sector as Head of FMCG Research.
The role will be based between their Central London and Hampshire offices.
Our client is a global, tech-focused research agency, providing clients with actionable insights helping them make their business more customer-centric.
They’re an international company who have established themselves across various areas of research over the last 20 years. That growth has, until recently, focused on areas other than FMCG, but now they are looking to further their expansion into the sector, and build on the successes there to date.
The Role – HEAD OF FMCG RESEARCH
As Head of FMCG Research you would be a leading figure in our client’s expansion into the FMCG sector. You would be key decision maker in the development of the strategy needed to drive profitable business growth.
You’d take overall responsibility for the FMCG team and be a key partner for major clients, helping them to tackle tough business questions, drive innovation and meet their business needs.
You’d champion FMCG within our client’s business and champion our client in the sector, driving business development in proposals and at pitches.
You’d take responsibility for thought leadership and also represent the company to the sector at industry events, social media channels and also sorts of communication channels.

For this role our client needs you to be an experienced researcher in the FMCG sector and innovation projects. You should be an innovative thinker, commercially savvy and a credible source of FMCG knowledge.
You need to be someone who can lead on storytelling, build strong, long lasting client relationships and drive our clients reputation in FMCG.
They want you to be someone with strong leadership qualities, who can take the initiative and encourage your team to do the same.
