An international media company is looking to hire an Insight Executive to join their commercial team, which sits at the heart of everything they do.

The Insight Executive will sit in the commercial team, playing a pivotal role within the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping stakeholders to understand a range of listeners, viewers and readers
  • Driving commercial insights across a fantastic portfolio of brands and platforms
  • Working within the team to help draw out captivating insight, using analytical media tools
  • Conducting primary research, using an audience panel
  • Understanding the challenges that face media, and using this knowledge to produce exceptional insights
  • Working across a variety of projects at once and maintaining high standards across the board


The ideal Insight Executive will be a graduate or a research looking to develop their career in a client side environment. Key requirements include:

  • A keen interest in the media sector, preferably with some media environment experience
  • A curiosity for the world around them, keeping up to date with current affairs
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Confidence to work independently, but also the ability to work within a team with people from all levels
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to analyse and present data imaginatively
  • The ability to work flexibly, and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • A drive to work on tasks from start to finish
