The role: Insight Manager
The insight team’s mission is to influence this retailer to make confident decisions through a better understanding of Customers than anyone else!
Key priorities for the role are:
-setting the customer agenda
-business partnering internally and externally
-storytelling and democratising insight.
You will use a breadth of insight expertise and experience to design, build, embed and evolve an inspiring programme that directly develops Insight skills and capabilities within the team, with internal stakeholders and agency partners. The role will operate across BOTH the data insights and market research insight skill sets.
You will be more of a strategic thinker and organisation influencer rather than a hands-on insight project deliverer!
The budget for the role is up to 55k plus full benefits package for 3 to 5 days per week (which will depend on your level of experience).
