We are currently working on an Interim Insight Manager opportunity on behalf of a leading food service business based in Berkshire.

This is a 12 month fixed-term maternity cover contract. Additionally, the client are  considering candidates who want to work either full-time or part-time.

The Opportunity – Interim Insight Manager

As part of the central Marketing Team, you will get to develop, manage, analyse and present industry leading insight to the business.

You will inform decision-making and raise the profile of the ‘voice of the customer’ within the business. Additionally, you will contribute to planning, marketing and overall business growth.

Utilising qual, quant and trends, you could be providing insights around to inform a range of topics. For example, helping the business understand ‘all-day-dining’ trends, developing an innovation pipeline or category growth plan, or creating an industry trends bible for senior leadership.

You will be supporting stakeholders across Sales, Buying, Category and Marketing teams. This means that you will have high visibility within the business and a genuine opportunity to make an impact.

The Candidate

The ideal Interim Insight Manager will have:

  • Experience fronting the design, execution and delivery of qual, quant and trends-based insight projects.
  • Varied project experience, which informs e.g. innovation, portfolio evaluation, campaign development, customer service strategy.
  • Experience working cross functionally with stakeholders to embed the outcomes of research and drive actions within a business.
  • A willingness to play a key role in the development and progression of junior team members.
  • A passion for food!
