We’re working with an international sports betting 🏅⚽🏇 and gaming operator 👨‍💻 who are looking for an Insight Manager to join their West London based team.


Our client is a FTSE 100 company 📈 containing multiple big-name brands and with offices all over the world 🌍. They are a market leader in their fields with unique products and innovative marketing combined to create a superb experience to their five million customers worldwide.



Reporting into the Head of Consumer Insights, this role will be responsible for delivering world-class insight to the entire business through a combination of ad hoc and continuous projects, being both hands on 🖐️ with the research and also outsourcing to agencies.

You’ll utilise a variety of sources to develop insights into customer behaviour and liaise with stakeholders 🤝 across the company and play a crucial role in the formation of company strategy ♞.

The Insight Manager will be key to the setup of a new innovation framework 🖽 and will drive expansion 💹 into international markets (involving some travel), in particular Spain 🇪🇸 and Brazil 🇧🇷.


They’re looking for candidates with strong research experience – clientside or in an agency environment.

In addition, they are looking for:

  • Someone who can understand customer needs and ensure that is heard across the company
  • Experience with quantitative and ideally some qualitative
  • Someone willing to be hands on with the data.
  • Ideally some experience in mentoring more junior team members  👨‍👧‍👦
  • Someone open to some international travel 🛫
