We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join an international market research consultancy and provide a little “je ne sais quoi” in their output to clients and marketing content.

THE COMPANY 🏢

Our client is a global market research consultancy, working with some of the worlds busiest businesses and best brands across a range of industry sectors: retail, consumer goods, cars, travel, banks, etc. They conduct primary research to generate actionable insights to help tackle client problems. Their global reach means they can support local expertise all over the world.

They have multiple industry awards, over 25 years experience and take pride in the way they present their findings and advice to clients. They look to deliver insights through compelling visual outputs: animated video, short form documentary-style video, promotional and educational video content, internal corporate video and social media content.

THE ROLE – Motion Designer 🎨📹👨‍🎨

They need a Motion Designer to join the team. Someone to work with the in-house design team (based in London, Boston and Singapore), as well as insight and marketing teams, to generate creative ideas and bring them to life through animated video – from initial artworking and style frames to animation and final delivery.

Motion Design is the primary focus, working across various formats: animated video, short form documentary-style video, promotional and educational video content, internal corporate video and social media content.

There are opportunities to contribute at all stages of the creative process, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest creative and visual standards possible. There will be the opportunity to push the boundaries from both a creative and technological perspective.

-THE CANDIDATE: 👨‍💼👩‍💼

Our client is looking for a strong conceptual visualiser. Someone who can use storyboarding, art-working and written form to communicate ideas with great effect.

They’re hoping for someone with proficiency in animation through Adobe After Effects, operational knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, experience with video editing through Adobe Premier Pro.

An understanding of or experience within the market research sector would also be great.
