We’re looking for a qualitative researcher to join a boutique research agency in their East London office- looking across a number of levels: Research Executive, Senior Research Executive and Research Manager. Salary is dependent on experience but they have budget for up to £40,000.
Our client is a boutique research agency based in East London and New York.
They’re a team of c. 20 who focus on innovation across technology & telecoms, healthcare & pharmaceutical, gaming and B2B. They are a methodologically flexible agency that utilise a range of both traditional and innovative techniques depending on the project at the time. They work with clients on predominantly ad hoc projects in areas including NPD, concept development, service assessment and new product launch.
This role is qual focussed, although most people at our client work on a cross-section of qual and quant projects – so mixed experience will not count against you. You’ll be working with a qual team and would be involved in all stages of the research process, including proposal writing, project management, design of research materials, conducting fieldwork, analysis, report writing and debriefs.
Their work is a mixture of UK and international, and there could be the potential to move out to their New York office further down the line.
They work across consumer and B2B, spanning a number of different sectors including technology & telecoms, healthcare & pharmaceutical, gaming and B2B.
You will be exposed to client contact from an early stage, develop new UX research skills and work on numerous UX projects each year, have the opportunity to progress rapidly through the company and determine on which areas you work.
